Last updated: June 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trivox website and your engagement with our creative services. By accessing our site or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.

About Trivox

Trivox is a multidisciplinary creative production studio offering illustration, 3D animation, graphic design, AI-assisted content, book and ebook publishing support, frame-by-frame animation, and website development.

Using our website

  • You may browse our site for lawful, personal, or business purposes
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our site or systems
  • Content on this website — including text, visuals, logos, and case material — is owned by Trivox or used with permission and may not be copied without consent

Services, quotes, and scope

Service descriptions on our website are summaries only. Final scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and revision limits are defined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice accepted by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capacity, expertise, legal requirements, or studio standards.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information, references, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Supply content, assets, and approvals you have the right to use
  • Make agreed payments according to the project schedule
  • Ensure any sensitive or regulated materials are shared in compliance with applicable laws

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Trivox retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, internal tools, workflows, and studio methodologies.

Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in their project agreement for final approved deliverables. Transfer of source files, editable working files, or exclusive rights must be stated explicitly in the scope.

Confidentiality

We treat client materials and unreleased project information as confidential within the bounds of normal production needs. If your project requires a formal NDA, please request one before sharing sensitive information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trivox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project, unless a different cap is set in a signed agreement.

Warranties and delivery

We deliver services with professional care and skill consistent with industry standards for creative production. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales performance, ranking positions, or platform approval in third-party marketplaces.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the cancellation terms in the project agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees owed for work completed to date and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction stated in your project agreement, or otherwise the jurisdiction in which Trivox primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
